Why do I have to create a company before being able to create and post a job?

Every job needs to be associated with a company. UAnnounceit™ Admin need to make sure that member or member company or recruiters has some information on their company before they can post any job on that company. This is in case that the potential employees (our users) need  to have or additional information about the company they are about to apply for the job posted.

Members or users of the Networking site when subscribing to job alert will receive  an email notification about new jobs that match their preferences. It doesn't apply to existing jobs.

To view all jobs posted from a company, go to profile page of  that company and click on jobs tab.

All jobs from  this said company will be listed under it.
