Strategies for Training Agility 1-99
Agility is among the slowest and dull skills to train in OSRS however it has several benefits. As you progress in your agility you'll gain running energy, which is a constant boost. There are various alternative methods to improve your skill however, the majority of your training for agility in OSRS will be conducted at various agility training courses. Rooftop courses will be an important part of your journey to agility, because you'll be able to earn Marks to buy the Graceful set, or use for profit.
Levels 1-10 - Gnome Agility
Before you begin your training, be aware that the first 32 Agility levels could be skipped by completing quests. Complete the following quests in order will provide you with enough experience that you can jump straight to level 32 Agility: Recruitment Drive, The Tourist Trap (use the reward books to increase your Agility) and the Grand Tree. It is highly recommended to do this if your account type is able to complete the quests.
If you choose to skip over these quests, or your account type doesn't allow you to successfully complete these (i.e. a Skiller) You'll have to start over. Take a trip to The Tree Gnome Stronghold northwest of Ardougne, complete this course until you reach level 10.
Beginning with zero experience and a beginner's level, it takes around 14 laps to get to the level 10 of Agility. If you feel that you are low in run energy when you are running laps, you might want to bring several 4 dose energy pills.
