Metal Pressure Vessel
A pressure vessel is a sealed vessel that is internally or externally subjected to gas or liquid pressure and has high requirements for safety. Pressure vessels are mainly horizontal and vertical pressure vessels, and a few are spherical or other shapes. Horizontal and vertical pressure vessels are usually cylindrical and consist of cylinders, heads, pipes, flanges and other parts and components. The higher the working pressure of the pressure vessel, the thicker the wall of the cylinder should be.

AMSE Metal Pressure Vessel
The amse pressure vessles can be built in accordance with the requirements of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessels code and are designed for multiple applications. They are safe for use up to a maximum working pressure of 0-100bar , and are manufactured using only the highest quality stainless steel (AISI 304, up to AISI 316L/AISI 316 Ti) and other hastelly metel ,duplex 2205 etc.

Metal Pressure Vessel Classification
Pressure vessels can be subdivided into four categories according to their role in the process
1. Storage metal pressure vessels: mainly pressure vessels used to store and contain gas, liquid, liquefied gas and other media, such as various types of storage tanks.
2. Reaction pressure vessel: It is mainly a pressure vessel used to complete the physical and chemical reactions of the medium. Such as reactors, reaction kettles, decomposition pots, vulcanization tanks, decomposition towers, polymerization towers, autoclaves, ultra-high pressure autoclaves, synthesis towers, shift furnaces, cooking pots, steam balls, autoclaves, gas generators, etc.
3. Heat exchange pressure vessel: it is mainly a pressure vessel used to complete the heat exchange of the medium. Such as shell-and-tube waste heat boilers, heat exchangers, coolers, condensers, evaporators, heaters, sterilizers, dyers, dryers, steam frying pans, preheating pots, solvent preheaters, steamers, steam dehydrators machine, electric steam generator, gas generator water jacket, etc.
4. Separation pressure vessel: It is mainly used to complete the fluid pressure balance buffer of the medium and the gas purification and separation. Such as separators, filters, oil collectors, buffers, scrubbers, absorption towers, copper washing towers, drying towers, stripping towers, sub-cylinders, deaerators, etc.
